John Singleton
Board Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Singleton has over 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Over the course of his career, he has held executive management positions and led the supply chain management teams at various companies including Ascena (Ann Inc.), Abercrombie & Fitch and JCPenney. Mr. Singleton is a retired US veteran Air Force Lt. Colonel and holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a MA in Economics from Oklahoma University.
Karla Hatley
President, North America
Ms. Hatley more than 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Over the course of her career, she has held executive leadership roles within Wen-Parker Logistics, and began her logistics career in 1990 at what is now known as L Brands.
Sum Ho
Managing Director, Greater China, East and Southeast Asia
Mr. Ho has over 20 years of experience working in freight forwarding and international transportation. Prior to joining Wen-Parker in 2001, Mr. Ho held a number of sales, business development, and general management positions for large multi-national corporations such as Star Trans and FedEx. Mr. Ho holds an undergraduate degree in social sciences.
Stephane Miralles
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Miralles brings more than 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting management in multi-countries organizations, with a strong focus in driving change management. Prior to joining Wen-Parker, Stephane held a range of senior finance positions in various sectors including hospitality with the Accor Group, architecture and interior design with the DWP Group, and real estate. Originally from France, Stephane has been based in Asia for 18 years and holds a Masters of Finance and Management from the Burgundy School of Business.
Jialing Wang
Director
Ms. Wang has been a part of Wen-Parker Logistics from the beginning as her husband (Alex New) founded the company in 1997. Ms. Wang has held various roles within the company. Prior to Wen-Parker Logistics, Ms. Wang lived in Shanghai and worked at Johnson and Johnson before beginning a career in logistics with Star Air Freight. Ms Wang majored in chemistry at East China Normal University.
Anthony Romano
Independent Director
In 20+ years in retail management, Mr. Romano has held CEO, President and board positions at Destination Maternity Corporation and Charming Shoppes Inc, and executive leadership positions at other major publicly-held retailers, including Ascena Retail Group, Inc and ANN Inc. He began his career as a CPA with the predessor of Ernst and Young.
He is the lead independent director (Chairman) of the Board of Directors of Benco Dental Supply Company, a $750+ million privately held distributor of dental supplies, equipment and technology in the USA. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a BS in Accounting, where he was a four-year football letterman, Academic All-American, and one of eleven senior Division 1 football players recognized nationally by the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame as a scholar-athlete.
